When I started training with her, I was a size 12 approaching size 14.  After consistently working out with Dana, I've lost over 25 pounds and three dress sizes.  She is a great instructor who makes working out fun, leaving her clients feeling powerful and confident.

I have the distinct privilege and opportunity to workout with one of the best fitness trainers in the business. She genuinely cares about everyone's well being, and leads by example.  She shares her knowledge and expertise, and constantly stays abreast of the latest health, wellness, and fitness information which helps to maintain my health and fitness goals. I am 54 years old and Dana's motivation to help me strive to be my very best self, is a reflection of her passion for fitness. She is probably responsible in part, of making sure thousands of us are receiving good doctor reports every year. Not only am I a student, we are also family, and very grateful that she leads our family to good health.

I have known Dana at the gym for the past five years.  It all started with Zumba.  She is a fantastic dancer, making the session a fun as well as cardio workout.  More recently, I have taken Mind and Body classes with Dana, to include Barre, Yoga, Pilates, PIYO.  She is always working to add new skills to her repertoire.  She takes care during her sessions that all participants have good form and can perform the moves  to their unique abilities.  She is friendly and entertaining and keeps the class moving.  She stays current with new skills and brings fresh ideas into the sessions to add variety to the exercise.  Dana has a loyal following of fans.
